Injector Installation

First thanks for all the help with the bad Glow Plug. Got that bad boy out. Ok here is my next question. Injectors are due back from the rebuilder. Ford manual recomends that after the injectors are installed, before you install the glow plugs, crank the engine off soliniod to clear any fluids from cylinders. I did drain all oil galley's by pulling the drain plugs. Just want to make sure I am understanding Ford. Any suggestions to help!
