Call up Dennis at ITP, he will get you a set real fast. Even if that coupler feels tight it is leaking, my truck pushed 4-9 psi for several months trying to avoid buying them. First time out with the chip, I blew the boost gauge tube and wastegate tube right off. I had to use some tape.
Why would it be making the whine siren noise no soot on up pipes either. I dont understand why i would need the pipes when it was fine for 10 years with same stock uppipes.

I wouldn't think your up pipes are leaking if you didn't have soot everywhere.

My truck was making a the exact same sound, I thought I was getting pulled over by the cops the first time it happened. It kicked in at about 15 PSI and got LOUD as i got up to 28, wouldn't do it unless under load. No real power loss that I noticed. It happened the one and only time I stretched out my oil change to 6000 or so miles. I changed the oil and the noise almost completly went away. So, when is the last time you changed your oil?
