EGTs are a tad high this is driving me nuts truck drives fine just annoying and slight powerloss

Something definitely has happened though you know....

You said you went to switch it out, realized the wheel was the same, bolted everything back up, and now you got that loud loud loud whistle.

New in cab video



No fix pulled turbo again no change at 50mph egts are 800-850 at full throttle within seconds 1250 i have never reached 1250 in normal conditions.

Any guesses

It has to be either a boost leak or you aren't even pushing boost.
That's all I can think of. Either the up pipe is leaking now so you don't get exhaust to the turbo and it doesn't spool up or there is a leak somewhere between the compressor and heads?
