hey, when i changed my engine out in my 99.5. i put the fuel lines on backwards down there on the cross member on the drivers side. im sure u know what im talkin about....... anyway. the filter housing was not filling up and it would squirt a tiny bit of fuel through the return line into the filter housing and then stop...as soon as i changed the lines back it filled right up. the fuel delivery line is the bigger line that goes into the filter housing at the bottom. i dont know if you changed one line at a time or took them all off at the same time but i hope u get it figured out.
