Calling on Techs. need help

Running a 01 7.3 w edge attitude 4 dp 5 out. My problem is the truck has which seems like a injector not firing when running, more under load than at idle. Symtoms: Loss of power, turbo spooling up to 18 19 psi, pedestal good injectors are good unplugged each no diff, starts up fine, no oil in exhaust manifold. Garage seems to think its electrical. Alt. is a little warm he said,
was hoping to find something there. Also said the volts seemed to drop a little
when driving. Changed oil to syn. and changed fuel/filter. No codes did cylinder contribution test. Nothing showing up.. Was going to unplugged the attitude next to see if that made any diff. Any ideas...Please help..

So your getting no codes?did it start all of a sudden?did it also pass a buzz test.What kind of scan toll/diagnostic equipement did they use.You need something so you can drive the truck while looking at hpop values,boost,ect.I think it would be a good idea to but it back stock and see what happens.Get back to us.

Thanks for the help here, Dealer had for two days can't find anything. Wasn't sure how many diesels they work on there idea was to drive it and
see if it gets worse. Maybe something will show up on a scan. I'm thinking they did the buzz test they told they ran test to check injectors. I did have number #8 go out on me on Jan 30. ran good for about a week and then seem to go down hill. I did end up gelling up two week ago when it was cold. Bunch of additives ran gas through and filled with new. Then it just got worse after that. I have it at a diesel garage that works on big rigs but also knows his way around the PS use to be a big fan he said. Hopefully he finds
something today..I'll check back to see if you guys have any ideas. This garage is the one who pulled the injectors one by one and there was no
change. He feels the miss also when driving just seems line somethings not firing. Not sure if he checked HPOP.

the alternator is always warm, thats normal, if no codes makes me think you might have a fuel pressure problem ,will act up more when under load ,i would have them at least check it should be 55-60 lbs with key on , on the road under load can go up to 100, make sure oil quality is good and oil is full

oils good just changed out to syn. thought it might be to thick when we
had that cold snap. I'll have to check on fuel press. I know they checked
fuel presure when I gelled just to tell me it wasen't getting fuel. I'll check on
fuel pressure again and HPOP and get back.

So far everything checking out ok. Not having problems on starting. But he
does show the ecm volts are sarting out at 14.? volts and then dropping to like 12.3. Check alt. and he's got the 14.? at the alt. Pulling the attitude off,
needs a base line to start from.
