Have someone buzz test the injectors....sounds like you have an injector problem going on. White smoke usually means blown head gasket, but if you don't have any crossover you may be ok.

Rarely do the 7.3s have blown head gaskets. Still possible though.

Not totally sure on that one.. But will have the answers I need tomorrow afternoon on whether or not the poor thing is actually fixed or not. Hopefully it is...

So, oil was leaking into the cylinders past the injectors?

I dunno how that is a side effect of injectors not firing. Sounds to me like the issue is oil leaking into the cylinders past the injectors. And once the o-rings around the injectors are fixed, the injectors will probably fire properly.

nope

replaced the I.D.M. engine is running smooth as can be however it still smokes, drips oil out the exhaust, and won't run over 55 mph... having my brother pull the turbo and check it out now.. oh and fuel psi and tank are clean

thanks for all the help guys

if you have any more idea please keep them coming
