boost pressures
i just put in a rebuilt turbo and up pipe dounts didnt have enough money for ih pipes in my 1999.5 f250 superduty and didnt no a turbo and up pipe gaskets can make a 7.3 almost idle as quiet as a 6.0 ..now running down the highway at 65-67 in evrey tune except 125hp i run 3-6 pounds of bosst depending on the wind and if i am pulling my boat or not its 16ft aluminum fishing boat maybe weight 2500lbs and in 125hp tune i run 2-3 and i dont running it in that tune with for along time sense i dont have a egt gauge are these normal drive pressure dont hear any boost leaks has plenty of power

im thinking im running too much boost just running down the highway under now load just at 1800 rpm

i ment running down the highway on my boost gauge i run 3-6 lbs of boost just on cruise and on 125hp tune i run 2-3 lbs of boost on cruise it just seems higher than it use to be before i changed the turbo maybe im just parenoid

holy crap dude use some punctuation. Please. Its hard to help when i cant understand you. I don't wanna read the posts 15 times to decipher what it says.
But going down the highway, anywhere from 0-5 psi is normal around 60 mph, and it just goes up from there. |
