? about another truck

Hi,
I have a neighbor with a '01 7.3, I noticed he hadn't moved for a while. I offered the AE & this is what we got

GEM/Central Timer
B1352 Ignition Key-In Circuit Failure
B1302 Accessory Delay Relay Coil Circuit Failure
B1431 Wiper Brake/Run Relay Circuit Failure
B1434 Wiper Hi/Low Speed Relay Coil Circuit Failure
B1494 Ignition Cylinder Sensor Ground Short
P3494 Cylinder 12 Exhaust Valve Control Circuit Performance

we also go a P1294 & he got a P1316 (?) on his superchips
but it cranks, his truck will not turn over, buzz test was fine the 1st time, but after clearing codes, it came back as P1294. He was told from another forum IDM, but he did recently put clips on his ucvh & replaced glow plugs. he says everything ohms right, but I thought I'd throw this to you as I trust u guys more then the other forums.

It was his IDM, we pulled mine & his truck fired right up, all codes except wipers are gone., but he said he messed with the relays, so I guess that is what that is, since his wipers don't work
