Well i was thinking it was the icp because mine has oil in it. So i figured that was the problem if it fits the description

could be you realy need to get it on a scanner.

Well kind of screwed with the scanner. lol. I am just going to replace the icp and see if it fixes it and if not looks like im going to have to find a way to put it on a scanner
