Removing / Replacing oil cooler

Howdy All,
My oil cooler is leaking like the Exxon Valdez and needs to be replaced. Before I tear into it, has anyone else done this and were there any tricks to getting it out? Just from looking at it, it appears that the easiest way to get to it is to remove the inner fender wheel well. Is this right?
Also, I have found the oil coolers online for 200.00, dealership wants 276.00. Anyone know of another source?
Thanks in advance,
Craig
