fuel in coolant

I have a 02 f250,that runs fine but...the other day when checking the oil,i noticed diesel fuel in the coolant resovoir. Most people i asked said it was injector cups, and the heads would have to be removed to replace them.I checked for special tools for the job,and they seem very expensive! Has anyone done this job? and what tools do you need? I was digging around looking for the tools online, and found a site,whitakertools.com they said they had a tool for removing the cups without removing the heads.I may try that route, unless anyone has any other ideas, thank you.
