TRuck acting weird

My truck has ran great since i got it, but its gettin slow to start and today it wouldnt start and while it was cranking there was alot of white smoke coming from the exhaust, i gave up for awhile and tried again later and it finally started, but smoked white for awhile. What is it doin this for?

Check your glow plug relay circuit and glow plugs. Plug the block heater in for one night and see how it starts in the morning.
