Power Steering Pump making noise...

I think I've got an idea of what happened...

I just replaced my front rotors/brake pads last night and was turning the steering wheel from one extreme to the other with the truck on jack stands so I could have easy access to the caliper bolts. I just read that this can lead to a seal blowing on the power steering pump.

I've got red fluid all under my truck and the truck is whining whenever I turn the wheel. I'm guessing I blew out the seals on the power steering pump....now, can those seals be replaced or does the entire pump need to be replaced. How much is this going to cost me...

If I've got to replace the entire pump, what's the easiest way to do it? Is there a write up on this? I've looked for one and can't find it.
