NEED HELP PLEASE !!!!

02' 7.3L powerstroke. Truck was running fine but service light was staying on. Code was P1211, changed the ICP sensor but light stayed on. Then it Kept blowing fuse #45, blew it 3 times. When it blew the truck would crank and idle but the throttle or the gauges in the dash wouldn't work. After changing the fuse #45 -3 times. The throttle wouldn't work again so pulled fuse#45 again and this time it wasn't blown ! I checked all the fuses and none were blown.
Had it put in the shop, today they called and now it will not start ! It turns over but not start. They hooked it up to the computer and said it doesn't respond ! They suggest that I take it to ford dealer. Any Ideas on this ?
Maybe the PCM?

Thanks for any help !

from my experience, if you hook it up to a good scanner, and it cannot connect, then yeah, its the PCM

Whoa first thing to check would be the cig lighter fuse. If thats blown there isnt a scanner on the planet that will connect.

Fuse 45 is the ignition switch.

This has nothing to do with the PCM being fried. If the PCM was fried the truck would not start at all. Sounds like you have a wiring issue somewhere
