PULLED TWO CODES, NEED INFO

My truck has had an intermitent "knock" at idle for awhile. I finally got around to scanning it. I have the AE ScanTool with the total Ford bundle.
I ran two injector buzz tests and both came back clean.
I then ran a cylinder contribution test and it came back with two codes:
P0269 Cylinder 3 circuit contribution/balance fault
P0284 Cylinder 8 circuit contribution/balance fault

Other than the rare knock at idle it seems to run fine.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Adrian
