I bought a fuel bowl O-Rings rebuild kit, pulled the fuel bowl, and replaced all the O-Rings. I put it all back together, filled the bowl with diesel, and then bumped the the motor over a few times to make sure the bowl was full. I next tried to crank it and could tell the started was binding up because the motor seemed to be locked up. What could I have done to caused this problem, and how can I fix it? Should I pull the glow plugs and turn the motor over? Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am in a bind.
Thanks

Can you turn the crankshaft with a breaker bar? 6.0 or 7.3? Nothing I know of from a fuel bowl repair should lock the eng down. Batt.'s, cables, clamps in good shape? Starter/relay?
