Powerstroke 7.3 Pushing Coolant

I have a stock 2002 powerstroke. The vehicle has always blew large amounts of white smoke since I go it on startup. Recently it started pushing coolant out of the coolant resevior. I know this is usualy a head gasket, butthe truck does not and has not overheated. And the pressure comming out of the bottle is admazing. I know these engines have a coolant based egr valve, could ths have cracked allow exhaust to be in the coolant system and antifreeze in the exhaust causing the white smoke. The truck runs great and I didn't know if there was a way i could disconnect the coolant line to the egr and test to see if it pushes coolant. thanks for the help.

White smoke = burning coolant = bhg
Over-pressurized coolant system = bhg

Sure does look like a blown HG. And it hasn't over-heated...yet.... on the Ford gauge. I bet if you had an engine temp gauge, it would show you that you've gotten awfully close to being on the side of the road.

egr on a 7.3? im confused

I too have exhaust in the coolant and out the tail pipe were does one start? HG? what could this be? 2000 7.3 PS F350
