I have an early 99 F-250, i looked extensivly into this in the past. Your only real option is to either go with a complete gale banks kit or replace your current turbo with a performance version of the 99.5 and later turbo, this will require the layter version up-pipes, the air distribution Y pipe foward of the turbo and the larger head intakes. The up pipes are about 125.00 from ford and all other parts can be purchased on Ebay real cheap if you are not in a hurry. That way you can upgrade to any aftermarket turbo. Its alot cheaper than the Banks system.
