replaced water pump and now won't start-01 7.3
I spent two long evenings replacing a water pump on my 2001 7.3 and now it will not start. No trouble staring before this. I have tried draining the fuel filter bowl a couple of times and made sure both batteries a fully charged. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Yes, it cranks. Everything seems fine as for as the gauges and the wait to start light going off. I have ran the batteries down once trying to start it.

CPS?
I did my water pump just a short while ago, I don't remember if I actually unplugged the CPS to keep it or the harness out of the way but you may want to check and make sure it is plugged in and the harness isn't damaged since you were working in the area.

I bet the CPS is disconnected or lose. Check it, it's also known for failure so check to see if you have a grey or black sensor down there.
