7.3 powerstrokeno power

I have a early 1999 F250 with 7.3 and auto trans . I was driving home and the autozone fuel filter I had put in two days ago popped the top gasket so fuel was allover the place . I used gunk degreaser and a garden hose to clean it up . Now the truck starts fine and and idles fine it sluggish on acceleration and to not loss speed up hill you have to hold it to the floor . the EGT stay about 300 F and from time to time it will take off like a champ just out of the blue or if I turn or hit a bump just right so I am lost . This didn't start till after I cleaned the fuel of the engine any help would be cool thanks Chris
