low boost...HELP

Hey everyone. You can see my truck in my signature and i have the edge evolution temporarily.(unfortunatly). I used to be able to hit 18 psi boost and now all i can hit is 15. what could cause me to loose psi? and how would i fix it? thank you for your help..
