Sounds pretty normal to me. Are you having any problems?

sounds normal, if you had a bent push rod, one of your valves wouldn't be opening fully, your truck would run, and sound like crap, plus a pretty good amount of smoke too.......

ya its pinging and not starting to build boost till i'm at 2k did a Contribution Test fails #3 and 8 come back with the chip on or off and shakes bad around 1200-1400 rpms

i'm not getting a lot of smoke till i try to boost up then it will start to clear out but its black black smoke. and the pinging sounds dont really go away

hum..... best case scenario, you might just have to adjust your valves, but where is the pinging sound coming from?

sounds like the driver side valve cover just watch the vid it starts out by my intake and then up around were its coming from then to the other side

There are no valve adjustments. I've seen when the engine gets over revved by downshifting too soon, I've seen rocker arms break and push rods bend. Creates a dead miss at all times and will smoke. Good news is that you can replace the damaged push rods and rocker arms and the problem is fixed.
