The truck has been loosing power at bottome end, on the high setting of the chip the truck doesnt smoke like it used to, it runs fine when the throtle is wide open but when driving down the road at 30 to 40 mph it feels like the truck is hesitating and missing out, iv tried to do a buzz test but i can barley hear the injectors so im thinking the injectors are bad, but before i pull them im looking for any other ways to test the injectors or any other ideas of what may be wrong

Did you ever check the 2 small screens in the tank, I had the same problem and after I cooked two injectors I dropped the tank and the 2 screens were clogged-up starving the injectors for fuel

Those solenoids clicking do give an indication of their health but you have to have heard a good deal of injectors to pick up anything by sound. If your scanner can do a buzz test can you run a cylinder contribution test. That would be my next step. Fuel pressure??
