1316 and 0630 Code??

Hi I really need some help! I have a 99' F250 w/7.3L. This morning I started my truck and the Service Engine Soon Light came on. When I reached 35 to 40 mph the truck started shaking like crazy. So I went to my buddies shop and he ran the codes for me and came up with Codes 1316 (indicates DTCs are stored in the IDM) and the 0603 code (indicates PCM has experienced a power interupt in the KAM Circuit. These are obviously problems with an injector casuing the truck to miss fire. His shop doesn't work on diesels so thats all he could do for me. My question is what should I do by myself to see if I can possibly fix this problem on my own before I take my truck to the stealership? Thanks so much!
