Turbo surge

Since I put my stage 2 afe on my truck, i notice the turbo alot more, but lately I have noticed a lot of surge.(pulling a trailer) The other think I notice is the inside of my tail pipe is coated in oil (excesive to me) ... Last time I hauled my trailer out camping, there was a light mist of oil on the front rh side of my trailer..Is this a turbo going south on me?. The only mod I have is the AFE and a superchip set to tow/performance.

Please help.

Try a WW wheel, cures it 90% of the time.

journal bearing or the seal is about dead. It's leaking into the turbine housing and out the pipe.

Could go for a few more years or could give out in short notice. Pull the intake and check shaft play.
