Cooling fan locked up
I noticed today that my cooling fan is locked up. Is this a big problem? What differences will I notice if/when I get this fixed? My truck is running kind of cool and taking a while to warm up. I can imagine I might see some better milage and a little more HP.

If it is locked up yes you will see an improvement in warm up time and HP/mpg. When you get it fixed, it will only engage when it needs to, SO it should get better when it works right!!!
