2000 f450 no power

I have a 2000 f450 psd with about 60k, I am having problems with it loosing power first it was only once in a while under a load up hill but i checked a few things took it home and it ran fine for a few weeks. Now it almost wont move empty it seems to rev but runs rough like a miss and some times has some white smoke but not always already changed fuel filter and checked the in tank pick up screens but no luck what do i do next?

lol i would but i like the 7.3s I want to keep my fleet all 7.3s as long as i can. Just had all of it sandblasted and painted this spring looks like new now but not runnin like new

Sounds like some injectors have gone out. Find someone with a scanner and run a contribution test.
