Starter Relay

Where in the heck is this thing in a 2002? My old one was in the fender-well and I heard it would be in the fuse panel, but I am not seeing it. Does it look like the old one on the pre-2002/2003 models? Thanks

Appreciate it, but it isn't there. I heard it changed in 2002. All I know is that it is absolutely not there. My head hurts.

Starter relay should be on top right next to the glow plug relay

I split up much of the wiring harness and I don't think this is it. I followed the wire from the starter and it seems to go straight to the battery but this doesn't make sense as there should be a line to a solenoid relay. I am thouroughly confused.
