Superduty not starting WTF

Ok as some of you may know I have had issues with my pstroke since day one. I fixed all the leaks and noises about a month ago and it ran great. So I washed and waxed it and then decided to spray down the engine. I left it running but what I didnt know is the ICP sensor was cracked and it shorted out. I was driving it and about 5 miles down the road it died. I figured I fried my PCM so I replaced it with no luck, so I replaced the wiring harness too. I found a used one out of an 01 I believe. The one issue I had with the new harness is the water temp sensor didnt want to fit some of the plastic keyings were different but I made it fit.

Now to the actual problem the truck will not start. I turn the key on and the glow plug light stays on, I try and crank it any way and I have nothing. I have checked every single fuse in the truck, it has 70psi of fuel pressure and the HPOP is making pressure too. So I am lost I am thinking it could be some relays not sure how to check em tho. ANy help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

no spark.... ha ha sorry.
so you have fuel presser but doesn't start... i wonder if your injectors are working. i dout that all 8 would stop working so it may have to do with your computer not telling them to dump fuel. you may try and let it dry out more and see if it starts leave the hood open in the sun.
