Hydro lock

Got my truck back from ford yeserday. They didn't fix the problem and cranked it til the starter burned up. I had to tow it. It was getting high pressure oil to the passengers side but not the drivers side where the icp is located so the truck wouldn't start. The pulse spring was jammed and blocked the oil line. Could they have hydrolocked it? I can turn it by hand. I'll pull glow plugs today and blow it by hand. If the injectors are getting oil pressure while cranking could they have been dumping fuel which could lead to hydro lock? How would I know if it had been hydro locked? It sat about 24 hrs before I checked it.

If it was hydro locked it wouldnt even turn over. Normally if it was hydrolocked it wouldnt drain by itself. So your saying you think that ford might have hydrolocked it, then drained it and gave it back to you. What happened to the truck originaly that ford had to take it in. Also you should fill out your signiture so we know what you have done.
