using oil
my 99 f-550 is using about a gallon of oil in 300 miles. the truck seems to run normal. I pulled the intake tubes off the charge cooler and found oil. is the oil coming from the turbo? any other ideas where its going?

does it smoke white or gray? if it is, the turbo may to blame. But it would probably be smoking pretty good, if it was burning that much. My guess is your oil is in your fuel. Most likely culprits are a bad injector or bad injector orings. Pull your fuel filter and see if the fuel has oil in it. Good luck.
