blowing lots of oil thru crankcase breather tube

why would I be blowing lots of oil thru the crankcase breather tube? Its a dump tube not a reroute! at idle is just a smoke but at half throttle or wot it blows a lot of oil!
im having problems with the truck and cant figure it out! maybe this will lead me to some kind of direction at what to look at! I hate this engine at this point very hard to troubleshoot!

what he said ^^^^^, is it blowing oil out when you pull the oil cap while it's running?

its a lot! 10 seconds of half throttle and there is a puddle under the truck. I moved the truck out of the yard to parking lot so I can work on it and there is a trail of oil all the way. I was in first and second gear light throttle all the way. truck smokes a lot too if I give it throttle. and I noticed oil around the up-pipes. so piston rings could be worn out?
got a code about fuel injector pressure valid but below normal operating range or something like that! this truck has turned into a real problem! thanks for the help guys!

yes I took the oil cap off while it was running and it almost blew the cap off when I uncrewed it. it was blowing oil vapors out the filler tube, not oil but vapors and it blows it kinda strong too! never seen that before

ohh when I started it today oil pressure was about 20psi ad idle and 40+ at half throttle. when it warmed up oil pressure at idle droped to 10 psi and half throttle was 20 and some. is this another symptom of bad rings?

How much oil are you using? What oil/weight are you using?
Oil is critical in these engines, you must use a diesel rated oil.
If that is not the problem it sounds like you have serious wear.
Excessive blowby and low oil pressure are not normally related unless you have an oil issue or excessive wear.

mobil delvac 15 40 diesel oil and wix filters! it was fine in oil consumption until that night when it started puking oil thru breather dump tube! I mean it pukes it and it pukes it a lot. I would say a qt in 20 seconds of half to full throttle. its bad, something is wrong and im afraid it might be the worst case!

last time I started it I have it some throttle and something started to make noise, like a machine gun fire type of racket! I shut it off, looked at huge puddle of oil and left it like that.
