Sorry John. As much as I want a Fat Bottom the wife won't let me have it. hopefully Dirk was able to give you some good insight that will help get it fixed easily. But I have learned the hard way that there is no easy way with our trucks

I understand your pain man. I am dealing with my 01 550 right now, oil leak, after leak, after leak. Gutted the pedestal and blew out the backpressure valve yesterday. Had endless fuel system problems last week, lost the CPS HPOP o-rings, and ABS problems the week before.

Now, this is my service truck, reliability is key. Soooooo.....

Today I am looking at a T270 Kenworth... With a cummins.

Good luck with whatever path you take.

a mechanic at my old job spent 6 hours fishing for it with a reach tool, and actually got. he was gonna get fired if he didn't get it without pulling the engine.
