OIL & FUEL OUT OF DONUT GASKET

I need help. Truck was runnin perfect. Shut down for a minute, upon start up started runnin like POOP and was blowin white smoke (from fuel) allthe way across 4 lanes of traffic. I was in a parking lot, not the road. the lady at the gas station was about to call the fire department. Thats how bad it was smokin.

AE gave me a few KAM codes. ran a contribution test this morn and came back with 1,2,3,8 cylinder, came back with some kind of fualt. dont remember the exact word but it begain with a "D". Help me out with that word. I'll run the test again later when it cools down.

Here is all the symtoms:
1. Fuel and oil(mixed) leakin out of what appears to be the pass. up pipe. Completly saturated the up pipe and part of the down pipe, it also leaks out of a band clamp futher down the exhaust. No leaks from the motor were visable.
2. After shut down, need to waite atleast 5-10 min other wise no start due to a hydrolock situation. After waiting a short period, sometimes its will start if I hold the key and force the starter to push through the hydrolock.
3. TONS of unburnt fuel.
4. Idles bad, drives not bad.

I have come to the assumption that the injector o rings, or atleast a few of them are bad. I is the only feesable way I can see oil and fuel mixin, floodin out of the exhaust, and cause it to smoke the way it does.

I will post a vid later of the smokin. Maybe help, if not, atleast it will be entertaining.

Thanx a bunch guys!

it look like oil in the exhaust but it could just be the soot in the exhaust that mixed with diesel. causeing it to turn black but def. sounds like a failed injector.

That makes a ton of sense. So with it only comming out of the pass side donut gasket would u say it is one of the 4 on that bank or thats just the only gasket leakin? Is it possible that the 4 that showed up in the contrib test all be bad all from a quick shutdown? WTF is that all about
