Yeah I had to go back and look. Yours could be the locking nuts coming loose like the other member said. Or you could have lost the C-clip that goes between the hub and the lock out. The C-clip should be on the axle shaft.

do you think i should i replace both wheel bearing why i have it apart? the driver side feels/looks good but i dont know if ill replace it or not. also any advice for replacing the inner axle seals?

Well, it was just the snap ring that popped off. Quick, inexpensive fix. Thanks again!

Replace the snap ring. They wear out and get loose. This could happen again.
