Front axel is grinding HELP!!

On the way home from the Pocono Race today I started hearing a squeal. Stopped to eat and in the parking lot it seemed to bind up and make a clanking noise when moving slowly. I get home and tear into it thinking it was the hub bearing but they look good. I'm thinking axel bearing. Has anyone changed them before? Is there a write up?Also I took some video and I'm not sure if my axel is supposed to move this much. Is it? Help guys...I need to get to work tommorrow.

There are shaving on the top of the hub assembly. Is there a bearing where the axel comes thru?

Fine... It was my first thought. If my brakes were mangled I would have said hub bearing.

Well, will the axel spin or is it bound up with the front tires off the ground!
