hey everybody i tore into my truck today a took apart all of the connections from my speed sensors to abs module. and checked all of the pins then i put some dielectric grease on them before reinstalling them.I found the problem at the ground that plugs into the abs module.Here is a wiring diagram for the whole system. i wish i had a way to post it but i will put the color of the wires and what they do for everybody to know. here we go.

4 WHEEL ABS SYSTEM
FOR A 2001 F-250

2 pin plug
1.GROUND- LT GRN/YEL to left front of engine compt right in front of battery (no more than 5-10 ohms max)
2.POWER B+- ORG/YEL to fuse 14 in fuse box inside engine compt (left side)
(12v) (hot at all times)

24 pin plug
1.ABS IND LAMP- DRK GREEN to instrument cluster then to fuse 19 under dash (hot in run or start)
2.EMPTY
3.EMPTY
4.EMPTY
5.DIAGNOSTIC CIRCUIT- LT BLU/WHITE to data link connector (5 ohms max)
6.EMPTY
7.BRAKE FLUID LEVEL SW-TAN/LT GRN to main harness behind left side dash then to gem and to brake level switch on reservoir
8.EMPTY
9.REAR SENSOR HIGH-RED/PNK to differential speed sensor at rear axle
10.RT FRONT SENSOR HIGH-YEL/RED to right front abs sensor
11.LEFT FRONT SENSOR HIGH-TAN/ORG to left front abs sensor
12.4x4 HIGH/LOW IND-LT/BLU to transmissions systems
13.EMPTY
14.IGNITION FEED-TAN/RED to fuse 24 under dash (hot in run)
15.BPP SWITCH FEED-RED/LT GRN to harness near brake pressure switch then to brake position switch (bpp) right above pedal
16.VSS (+)-GRY/BLK to engine control systems GEM/central junction box for overhead console/PCM/and speed control servo.
17.EMPTY
18.EMPTY
19.EMPTY
20.EMPTY
21.REAR SENSOR LOW- LT GRN/BLK to rear differential speed sensor
22.RT FRONT SENSOR-YEL/BLK to right front abs sensor
23.LEFT FRONT SENSOR-TAN/BLK to left front abs sensor
24.EMPTY

4 WHEEL ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (4WABS) MODULE IN LEFT FRONT WHEEL WELL UNDER LEFT BATTERY

Well I hope this will help anybody with the same problem i had thanks guys for the suggestions and a awsome site.

Where were you putting your meter leads to test for the resistance on those specs you have.

It looks like I might be doing this soon...LOL
