Abs comes on at every stop but no light

As the title states i have a abs issues. At the end of every stop, the last couple mph, my Abs kicks on. I have no light and nothing comes up with a scanner. New abs sensors front and rear, and all calipers seem to be functioning correctly.

Any ideas? Is the abs module going bad?

Btw Truck is a 02 with 4 wheel abs

Bc I can feel it in the brake pedal. It also pulls to one side typically.
