Stats - '02 7.3 CC SB 4 in lift the rest stock.

When the truck is warm it starts to make a sound like the power steering pump is low on fluid, but its not (a whine during low idle turning and braking). I'm 99% sure my pump is going bad, so unless someone disagrees that is not my question.....

The question is, would the power steering pump have anything to do with the trucks vacuum lines? For my auto locking hubs, when I put it into 4 wheel the pass hub gets like 5 lbs of vacuum and the drivers nothing... Is this another issue or possible related?

another issue.
the ESOF lines dry rot at the knuckle, hell mine just slipped right off when i pulled on it. check the lines.

dieselsite sells some nice braided esof lines.

can always flush it and put synthetic ATF in and that might make the whine go away. not to pricey if it helps.
