Front Driveshaft length ?
I have searched and searched the www and cant get the answer I need, prob because I'm asking the wrong questions. I need to replace the front driveshaft in my 2001 CCSB F250 7.3 truck with auto tranny. When I look online for a replacement there are a million different lengths listed for the same truck from 37" to 42.5". Heres where I'm gonna sound dumb. The shaft has a slip yoke so theres no legit measuring there. Some website showed how to measure from u joint to u joint so I did and got none of the measurements listed on the shafts for sale. Im dying without 4x4 just don't want to set myself up to pay return shipping and a restocking fee because I ordered the wrong one. My truck doesn't have a lift on it so Im looking for stock length if anyone knows. Thanks in advance!
