Rotor removal help!! already off the ground

Am I missing something?
remove caliper and caliper mount
remove 8 nuts on hub extender assembly
then rotor should come off with some persuasion?

do I need to mess with the 4x4 selctor hub at all?
any help would be appreciated

Thanks all. The dually is different from guzzles page though. I got it done, finished up the rears this afternoon. Awesome upgrade!!
