Driveshaft wobble

A few months ago I lost the u joint right off of the rear end. When it came apart it sheared 2 bolts off in the yolk. So I removed the yolk and removed the broken bolts. When I put it all back together I just tightened the pinion nut until I thought it was tight. Now I'm getting a vibration in my driveshaft again. There seems to be quite a bit of side to side slop right at the yolk going into the rear end. I'm not sure if since I did not mark the pinion nut when I took it off, the pinion bearings might be bad? Anyone have any ideas? It's a sterling 10.5 rear end
