No 4 low

I just got done replacing the pulse vacuum hublock solenoid and vacuum hoses to the hubs. This got the shift on the fly 4 wheel drive working again but I still don't have 4 low. What should I look at next?

Try pressing the brake down as far as you can. Like stand on it down. Some of them are picky about that.

Had not had a chance to check. Saw your reply and had to run up to my mom and dad's so I gave it a try and sure enough everything seems to be as it should. Thank you guys for the replies.
