ESOF to manual lever

Can anyone list off exactly what I need to convert from ESOF to a manual lever on the transfer case in my 2000 F-350? Search didn't turn up a list of the parts I need.

I am about to tackle this one myself, I don't have part numbers but I can give you the basics. You need a NP271 transfer case with the input for your transmission, it's a different spline count between auto and manual. You also need the shift lever, boot, control lever assembly, control rod and a handful of bolts. Your best bet is trying to find a donor truck in the junk yard so you can get all to parts. There will also be some wiring that needs to be done if you want the lights on your dash to work but I haven't gotten beyond the stockpiling parts in the garage phase.

I thought I read somewhere that the control lever assembly could be swapped provided you got all of the parts that go with it. Is that not the case?

It's not a direct swap. I have heard of some people making custom parts to connect a manual lever but you would lack the neutral position.
