Need more of a description. "Bad noises" doesn't really help much.

Thank you for your reply
when the engine is transferring power to the drive shaft it makes grinding type of sound
as something is not fully engaged and it's slipping
I hope this helps
Thanks again
Mark

Well the only thing that can slip in a standard transmission is the clutch. I'd say you probably need a clutch. I'd go with a new southbend replacement. Just have your flywheel cut and save yourself a little money rather than buying a whole kit. Should be about $40 to get it turned.

Can clutch go all of a sudden?
there was no slipping before
Also should I be able to drive allowing slow transition between gears?
(I'm not able to do that)
Thank You
