ICP, P1211 & P 1209 codes

My '02 F350 started running very poorly while returning from a trip. A friend with a Ford computer code reader found an ICP code and P 1211 & P1209. What does ICP stand for? On another thread I found a picture of the engine bay with it's location, but not what it is. Also what are the codes?????
Symptons are the I put my foot to the floor and it just sits there and looks back at me for about 2 to 5 seconds then takes off. Highway speeds were 60 at best on a slight down hill highway, level it'd barely hold 50 in third gear. ANY up hill and it's down to 20 some mph. All this with the foot feed on the floor. Coolant temps were lower than normal as was the boost & exhaust temps.
Any ideas?????

Did you replace your icp? My icp is bad but I don't have any of the symptoms you stated.

Turned out to be the hp oil pump. As I needed the rig for the next weekend, I had the shop replace the pump. Cost was about the same as the terminator pump and it is just a stock rebuilt unit. Also replaced, just as caution, was the regulator.
I did find out that the thicker the oil the more it'll run (until it gets hot and then you're done).
