sometimes wont start....
"99" SD250 with 340K on it. Once in awhile when I turn the key and wait for the wts light then crank the motor over I hear a slight clicking sound from the dash about where the WTS light in on the instrument panel. The motor turns over fine and has good batteries and such but it will not start at all. Repaeat steps until it doesn't give that clicking noise when cranking the motor and then it starts just fine. Any ideas?

Check voltage drop at starter relay as well as voltage at starter solenoid.
