trans mount lasted 2 years now breaking alot

k so ive had my truck for 2 years now and all has been well. always had a hard 1st to 2nd shift. well one day i brake boosted it and boom there went my tranny mount. had a good idea it was bound to break since it started to hit the cab with the tranny. since then ive had to replace it like almost every month. drive shaft is straight. im about to do motor mounts to see if thatll help. im on 35s with a leveling kit. its a 99 f350 cclb srw. i have php tunes gtp38r and adrenaline hpop. really thinking track bars may be my answer but just trying to get an opinion from others. thanks in advanced.
