Vibration at 45mph

I have a vibration at 45mph, my steering wheels shanks slightly but the vibration is only around 40-45. It goes away when i go faster or slower. Does anyone have any ideas? It's an 02 f350 dually 4x4, im running 24s with low profile tires on. It started doing that recently a couple of months after i put the wheels on.

rebalance wheels and try again. OR swap front to back and see if it helps...... then you know it's a balance issue.
