02 F350 4x4 dually front end noise...

I replace tires not to long ago, and ball joints as well. When i am driving in 2x4 i could hear a wa wa noise in the front end. I replaced the hub assembly. and the truck still does it. It doesn't get worse or better when i turn the wheel. I flip floped the tires and still does it. It seem to be real loud at 60- 65 but goes away a little at 70.

I know when i replaced the hub assembly the front axil didn't seem rights with the plastic piece in the hub.

any ideas on the noise. I was thinking of pulling the front axil on the side where the noise is coming from. any thoughts

Make sure the noise isnt the otherside. I had a customer bring their own parts and told me to fix the driver side hub and it ended up the passenger side.
